This caliper was developed from the knowledge acquired from different competitions in which Béringer has been involved. This caliper has the advantage of reacting more quickly (reduction of hysteresis) and not causing slantwise wear of brake pads.
BERINGER® has been manufacturing brakes in the same spirit of quality and performance for 25 years. The wheels and brakes for aviation, certified since 2009, offers an advanced technology:
- wheels in three parts with machined from billet aluminium on CNC
- faluminium or steel axles also machined from billet on CNC
- brake calipers,master cylinders and regulators also machined from billet
- floating stainless steel brake discs
- sintered metal pads high performance
- TUBELESS mounting with o-ring seals (saving the tube weight)
- PTFE hose, stainless steel braided
The wheels are available in several dimensions, covering the range of Ultralight, experimental and gliders, allowing a drastic weight reduction.

BERINGER has been manufacturing brakes for motorbikes in the same spirit of quality and performance for 15 years. After only a short time, the BERINGER braking products have been appreciated by the well-known teams for their exceptional reliability, allowing BERINGER to be set up in the World Endurance Championships through 15 teams in 10 years. BERINGER is 2000 and 2003 World Champion with the Team Phase One and 2002 with the Team ZONGSHEN. BERINGER brakes for cars have also been showered with praise in Supertourisme races with a title of 2002 and 2003 French Champion and with the supply of brakes for the 2003 RENAULT FRV6.
This is due to a team of keen Mechanical Engineers who have studied and developed new specific products for each use.
These innovations covered by many patents have allowed BERINGER brakes to take a decisive technological advance.
